LEADS is an initiative of Wootlab Foundation, a non-profit organisation in partnership with Microsoft that supports young Nigerians in the digital economy through quality employability and entrepreneurial skills that will foster inclusive/sustainable economic growth and job creation in Nigeria.

Designed mainly for Students and Corp Members, the LEADS program is also open to anyone interested in Learning Skills for Earning purposes. This is a virtual two weeks program, dedicated to showing you how to begin a side hustle with design and marketing skills that are high in demand. The learning tracks include:

Digital Skills Course Selection

Kindly select your preferred class based on your existing knowledge of digital skills, access to required work tools and expectations from the training. Below is the description of training content to help you choose effectively.

Graphic Design - In this course, you will learn how to create eye-grabbing graphics on websites, stunningly arranged spreads in magazines, posters, infographics, book covers, product labels, logos, business cards, signs. With these skills you will be able to design graphics for businesses, and enhance the value of your own business to attract more customers.

Web Design - Web design refers to the design of websites (Page) that are displayed on the internet, a web designer works on the appearance, layout, and, in some cases, content of a website. Appearance, for instance, relates to the colours, font, and images used. Layout refers to how information is structured and categorized. A good web design is easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and suits the user group and brand of the website. In this course, we will learn in a fun and easy way.

Digital Marketing - Skills taught include how to build your business, creating and exploring the market etc. (Recommended for business owners and entrepreneurs)

Productivity Tools - Productivity tools refer to the software that people use to create and produce documents, charts, and graphs. For many organisations and corporations, this skill set is a necessity. Skills taught include Microsoft 365 tools, communications online. (Recommended for students, employees in the workforce, beginners in the use of digital tools)
